I’m not sure if you guys know, but I am part of this online modeling competition / blog show called Pinoy Wannabe. This is its 2nd season. I was a fan during the first and I decided to apply for the second and so, here I am. I can’t believe I made it this far. I feel a bit of giddy-excited and giddy-nervous about the reveal of the winner.

Before going on the show, I thought I had an almost complete grasp of modeling in general. But Pinoy Wannabe taught me otherwise. It is a humbling experience actually. I apparently had trouble with my smize and I tend to over-pose. I gained more in learning as well as an awesome set of friends. The models are awesome. Meann, my competitor, if I must say that, is one of the best models I personally know. The crew are awesome. It’s been a great journey all in all.

Check out Pinoy Wannabe at its official website, Facebook and Multiply.

If you want to be part of the PWB experience (as a model or as part of the crew), then email pinoywannabe@gmail.com. Especially for aspiring models, we are on the look-out for fresh faces like you for PWB’s upcoming seasons. No experience requirement. Just a passion to be fierce!

A self-reminder.

Writing is more than just alliteration.

More than just fancy flairs.

More than just what is saucy sounding.

More than daring descriptions.

More than wasting words.

It’s not really about how you are able to roll the Rrrr’s in your head.

Or spray your Ssss’s and the zzzz’s.

Writing is.

Right now, as in right at this moment, writing for me is waiting. Waiting for the words. The right words. The cunning words. It is frustration.

It is also more than just repeating repetition.

A 2nd seed for Plant a Prose.

One.

In his sleep, came all the colors he had never seen. All the colors he wouldn’t dare imagine. He could not. All but one.

He could feel them and taste them and smell them and hear them.

The tranquility of turquoise. He tried to capture it but was unfortunate as it glided and slipped away from his fingers. A strong gust of wind replaced. His spine shivered.
It guided a dash of purple, envious as the green of the same light. Chasing one another, dear dreamer couldn’t be more amused.
He jumped at the shrill of wild magenta, a moment after, as it enticed him to its bittersweet tastes. A gathering of yellows and oranges joined. Though he was somewhat annoyed at the oranges, he thought all blended well to produce. Reminiscent of tropical fruits and floral aroma.
Then there is a block of red. It fell down from above. It emitted a strange warmth within. He was drawn to it but he know he senses its danger. Desire and despise collide.

He woke.

In his wake, came none of the colors he had seen in his dream. All the colors he could only imagine in his dream. All but one.

But then, black is not a color. But rather the absence of one.

How can this blind dreamer be?

My first post for Plant A Prose, my literary blog I told you guys a while back. It’s just that it’s just now that I actually posted something. I don’t really know if I suck at this, but oh well. I am happy when I write. Follow me if you want, but I don’t expect a lot though. Nyaw.

I was supposed to make an accessories haul video today, my very first video blog. It’s silly but I got inspired by one of the greatest artist in our time. I’ll let you in who she is when I post the sick video. Ciao! :)

Hey guys. How have you been all doing? I feel like… I feel so dull these days. I don’t know why. I guess this bored and searching-for-something part of me is talking. I guess I’m feeling a bit uninspired lately. I’ll try to change that tomorrow. It’s going to be hard and it won’t come in a day, but a move is still some move… a move.

So hmm what else can I say here. I’ve been rereading my Harry Potter, gearing myself up for the new movie this coming October. I’m on my 3rd book now and I’m reading it off my laptop in bed. I couldn’t wait na to buy a 3rd copy like I have had in Ebay. And hmm, I just finished my Fancieta 2nd batch. If it turns out to be a success, I’ll have batches more often, like twice a month or every other week.

So I guess this post is just something to remind you guys that I’m still alive. The picture is simply wala lang.
