Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been away for a while. I’ve been really busy and all over the place with Fancieta, shoots, and a new business venture as well. So please do pray for me. I’m getting all confused because I have all these stuff going on… plus I’ve been job hunting, and I don’t think I’m getting any luck. So basically, it’s looking like a blur of opportunities right now.

So, as you can see, I’ve been really stressed out. So awhile ago, since it’s a weekend, I decided to pamper myself for a bit :)

I saw this Mud Pac in a department store and I remember I used it during one of our slumber parties in high school. Good times! Good times! Since I was having a slumber party nearing then, I bought a couple of these in different variations. However, we weren’t able to use it. So I am now. :)

This one has sea kelp nutrients, dead sea mud – “to draw out impurities and open blocked pores to leave skin feeling cleansed and soft”. It actually smells like the sea and the beach actually. It says here, it’s anti-stress.

The verdict: I rinsed off the mask and I instantly saw a smoother, an even skin and a smaller tighter pores. I also felt tighter pores which is supposedly good I think, but I was uncomfortable at the tightness, so I put on dabs of moisturizer on my face, and there it felt much better. This mask is indeed anti-stress, it has a cooling effect feeling when it’s on your face, and when you rinse it out. More importantly no more stressing out on how your skin looks. I think this is perfect for big events like the upcoming prom season. It gives a good base for heavy make-up. :)

How about you, what’s your latest beauty loot? :)

Close-up look of the bag. I know Phoebe must have turned deaf already from all the thank yous. Hihi. But again, thank you for the bag. First time to use it awhile ago. :)

Sneak peek of what’s inside the bag. :)

Along with the bag came these goodies: pen, nail polish, shades, belt and a note from Phoebe. :) See why I can’t thank her enough? She’s the sweetest!

Reblogged from Hazel. Congratulations for winning the Fancieta Xmas Giveaway! :)

On my way to a lunch meeting with a client. Click the pic to hype! :)

One of the fashion crimes I have committed (and still committing) is not owning my own basic white shirt. I had to borrow my Dad’s undershirt. My mom hates it when I do this. Haha!

So it’s just an outfit post for now. I feel this one is rather plain actually. The scarf is actually a tie-dye leopard mesh, but the leopard part got covered. I’ll do better next time, loves.

On my way to a lunch date with Allen :)

So, as I’ve said in my previous post, I’ve decided to update my Lookbook more regularly now. Expect cheap thrills. I almost never buy anything expensive or branded. Make me happy and follow me and hype me! :D

And btw, I’m selling these shoes. I bought it (from my own store, Fancieta) but I mistakenly got the wrong size. It’s US size 6.5. Anyone interested? :)

We had a short get-together lunch at Oh My Cafe!, a new cafe just walking distance from my house. It’s a pretty cozy one, not your Starbucks ambience, but more… how can I describe it?, middle-class homely. Haha! The food’s good, but don’t expect a fancy restaurant finish. They do have one of the best carbonaras I have tasted. It’s creamy and flavorful.

They have a small TV inside which shows Channel 7, which I don’t mind. I was rather entertained by the Pinoy Henyo segment at Eat Bulaga. :) They also have a small bookshelf which houses Archie comics and other small reads. Wifi is also available for at least a 100-peso purchase. But what I love most about this place (it’s actually the reason why we went here today) is that they have board games! Our favorite is that bottom-right picture, it’s a game called Pentago. The goal is to achieve 5 marbles in a row. The four red squares can be turned around to prevent your opponent from winning. It’s pretty fun, especially when you’re with competitive players like us.

01 Hello 2011

In between Dec 31 and Jan 1
New Year’s Eve

This marks my first attempt for my personal project this 2011 - 52 Shorts (or more). I don’t want to get all detailed and all formal about this, but basically yeah, I would need to produce one short clip about my oh-so-ever interesting life, at least every week, more if I’m all perky.

So 01 Hello 2011 is obviously about the new year. Footage here was pretty dry and scarce and dark (!) so I just did all I could with the editing.

If you like, follow me in Vimeo and in Youtube too to be updated with 52 Shorts (or more).
